Ideocube is a political positioning quiz that analyzes your answers across several economic, social and institutional dimensions. You get a clear picture of your profile, with your position plotted inside 3D ideological cubes.
Affinities
Political affinities
Analyzing your profile shows how close you are to the various parties and ideological movements. Find out which party best matches your values on each topic, along with the points where you agree and disagree.
Algorithm
How we calculate it
Each answer affects one or more political dimensions, with a weighting suited to the topic in question. Everything is then combined to determine your position on Ideocube’s main axes and to break down the different components of your profile.
Data & method
Neutral and up to date
The positions attributed to parties remain open to correction, to limit errors and arbitrary interpretations. This participatory system helps keep comparisons reliable, current and representative.
The same scoring grid
Parties are assessed on the basis of their public positions on the topics covered by the quiz. They go through the same analysis grid and the same calculation system as participants, so that they can be compared consistently with your result.
A neutral analysis
Ideocube does not try to steer you toward any opinion, ideology or party. No answer is considered right or wrong, and the same analysis rules apply to every profile and every political party.
Data kept up to date
A party’s political line can change. From their results or the Positions page, users with an account can suggest a correction for free when a position seems inaccurate or outdated. Each suggestion is put to a community vote, then checked by the Ideocube team before it is applied.
